We spent three nights in Frankfurt. The first night we had dinner at our hotel. The next day we had a city tour and lunch in Frankfurt, then went to Rudesheim in the evening for a festive dinner. We spent the last full day visiting Heidelberg, then stopped in Koblenz on our way to Cologne.
Frankfurt is a city with beautiful restored buildings and plazas in the foreground and tall modern buildings in the background.
In the later afternoon we took a bus to Rudesheim for a festive dinner.
