The joy of owning a cabin is inviting others to visit. We have not kept a log, but we have a collection of pictures.

At first, our property in Cherokee Park was called The Land. We hauled a picnic table on the top of our white Ford van and placed it near Mill Creek. We pitched a tent in a remote canyon. Then a bought a small travel trailer and build a dam to create a small pond.

Everything changed when we started to build. Gradually the land became the cabin.
